Do you support custom design?
Yes, we specialize in custom cabinetry. Just send us a drawing or floor plan, and we’ll design a tailored solution with 3D visuals.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Please send: a layout, cabinet types and quantities, material preferences, and your project country.
What is your production lead time?
Standard production time is 30–45 days, depending on order complexity. Trial assembly and secure packaging are included.
Are your materials eco-friendly?
Yes, we use E0 and ENF grade panels. EGGER and other European brands are available upon request.
Can you export to my country?
Yes, we ship to Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Canada, Dubai, and more. CIF and DDP options are available.
Do you provide fully assembled or flat-packed products?
We provide fully assembled or flat-packed options, with all hardware pre-installed.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ is one full set (e.g., kitchen or wardrobe). Sample orders are welcome.
Do you offer after-sales service and warranty?
Yes, we offer a 5-year warranty covering panels and hardware. We also provide video and document-based installation support.
Do you have installation workers?
Yes, we have partnered professional installers in Melbourne and Sydney, and provide full installation and local after-sales support.
